The DOC files are Microsoft Word compatible, and for PC type computers only. On some systems and networks DOC types files may not be downloaded because of known issues with viruses infecting that format file, so we suggest you download the credit card guide in PDF format. Both formats are available for download.
PDF files can be read by both PC and Mac users. To download the credit card files you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free to install on your computer. To install click here.
